"The “School Day of Non-violence and Peace”, founded in 1964, is an initiative of Non-violent and Pacifying Education, celebrated in schools all over the world.

As you know, 30th January is the anniversary of the death of Mahatma Gandhi, the great Indian man whose life was based on the principles of truth and non-violence.
Here is a slide with beautiful quotes from some famous Peace Heroes. The song is "Give Peace a Chance" by John Lennon, one of the world´s great musician and peace activist.
